How to request a refund
Email signup@fxjtrader.com with your TradingView username and the email used at checkout. [State your typical processing time, e.g. "Refunds are processed within 5 business days."]
Subscription cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not itself trigger a refund for the current period unless it falls within the window above.
